The Squirrel hat knitting pattern PDF comes with instructions in English, charts and photos which you can download immediately after the payment.
This is easy level knitting pattern; the following skills are required: Cast on, Knit, Purl, Circular Knitting, Color Knitting, Decreasing. All measurements are given in US and metric. Hat is knitted in one piece. Full pattern support is available via message or email.

SIZES: Adult (55–60 cm / 21½”–23½”) circumference, Kid (48–52 cm / 19”–20½”).

YARN: Léttlopi by Ístex — 0053 Acorn (35 g / 77 yd) and 0051 White (25 g / 55 yd) for adult’s size.

YARN SUBSTITUTE: Malabrigo Rios (100% superwash merino wool), Malabrigo Worsted (100% Uruguayan merino wool), Mota by WoolDreamer's Yarn (100% Spanish merino and manchega wool), Cascade 220 by Cascade Yarns (100% wool), Valley Yarns Superwash by Valley Yarn (100% wool).

GAUGE: 18 sts × 23 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 cm × 10 cm / 4” × 4”

TOOLS: Circular needles 3.5 & 4.5 mm / US 4 & 7 about 60 cm length. You may also need some stitch markers.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone knits a little differently—some more loosely, some more tightly. Please check that your gauge matches the recommended gauge for the chosen yarn, and adjust your needle size if needed. If you prefer a slightly smaller or larger hat, try using needles half a size or one full size smaller or larger. Most yarns work well across a needle size range of about 1.5–2 mm.
