Soomaa Fair Isle Double-Layer Scarf DIY Knitting Kit • Pattern & Alpaca Yarn

Soomaa Fair Isle scarf named after Soomaa National Park in Estonia — known locally as the "land of bogs" and famous for its dramatic fifth season, when spring floods transform the landscape into a maze of waterways. Blue, yellow and brown colorwork pattern, worked in the round.

This is easy/intermediate level knitting pattern; the following skills are required: Cast on, Knit, Circular Knitting, Color Knitting, Bind off. This scarf is a great design to practise your Fair Isle knitting. As it's knitted in the round, you knit pattern on the right side only.

The knitting kit includes a printed booklet with instructions in English, charts, and step-by-step photos, along with baby alpaca (see photos to choose your preferred shade). The scarf is knitted in one piece. Full pattern support is available via message or email.

RECOMMENDED NEEDLES: Circular or double pointed needles US 3–6 / 3–4 mm.
