This is a variation of the Rhubarb and Apple Pie, but without the rhubarb and using the same dough. The filling of just apples and sugar isn’t as moist, which allows the dough at the bottom to rise better and bake thoroughly. And the pictures turned out very appetizing. Enjoy!
